Human Centered Design & Solving the Right Problem

The program kicks off with an introduction to innovation and human centered design using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Participants meet their cohort and breakdown the goals and expectations of the program.

Participants gain experience with empathy interviews and systems mapping skills to deeply understand the experiences of patients, providers, and other stakeholders in healthcare. Participants will transform raw insights into a refined problem statement, and work in interdisciplinary teams to refine innovative ideas.

Designing Thoughtful Experiments

Move from insights to action by rapidly developing and testing low-fidelity prototypes that address the reframed challenges.

Refining, Implementing, and Sustaining Change

Empower teams to lead and sustain change. Participants earn an industry credential in change management via a hands-on simulation.

Telling Stories that Inspire Action

Empower teams to create and share compelling narratives that capture the essence of their innovation journey and inspire action among stakeholders.

February 5, 2026 | 8:30AM-12:30PM | in person

Sustaining Innovation

Teams present their capstone projects and delivery road-maps to industry experts. Participants receive real-world feedback to inform implementation.
