The MSV Annual Meeting is a three-day event bringing together physician members and non-members to decide policy, receive CME credits, honor fellow physicians, and attend entertainment events. There are many components to the meeting and we encourage you to join us for all of the activities and events. You can do this through General Registration.

If you are unable to attend for the entire event, you may choose from the following options:

Refunds will not be issued after October 16. We strongly encourage you to book your hotel room as quickly as possible. In addition to the Annual Meeting, Norfolk has several other highly attended events taking place the same weekend.

Room Rate: The MSV negotiated room rate is $159 per night for a standard room. This rate ended on Thursday, September 28. If you missed the deadline, room rate and availability is subject to the Hilton Norfolk, The Main.

Parking: $16 per day

Attire: Business casual.  Formal attire optional for Saturday evening’s events.

Wireless Access: Wireless internet access will be available in all rooms and meeting spaces. We encourage attendees to download materials in advance.
