Monthly virtual learning cohorts for Virginia PCPs

VMAP ECHO is a set of virtual learning cohorts offered by VMAP in partnership with VA-AAP. Each cohort has a specialized focus, and these no-cost education opportunities are designed for Virginia PCPs to learn critical, practical skills in pediatric mental health.

Training cohorts include:

  • Common Conditions in Pediatric and Adolescent Mental Health
  • Birth to 5: A Deeper Dive
  • Mental Health of Adolescents and Young Adults
  • Early Childhood: Systems of Care for Kids

About the Virginia Mental Health Access Program (VMAP)

VMAP is a statewide initiative that helps healthcare providers take better care of children and adolescents with mental health conditions through provider education and increasing access to child psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and care navigators.
