This series was developed for adult primary care providers and other interested providers who provide vaccines to adults. It aims to address under-immunization in adults from 3 vaccine-preventable diseases by analyzing disparities and discussing equity-based strategies to address them. Participants will receive one CE per session.

Please note that the live March 30th Immunization Equity Session is required for, but not limited to, ECHO Series participants. Any member of the public interested in health equity may attend the March 30th session. If participants in this ECHO series are unable to participate live on March 30th, they must watch a recording of the presentation prior to April 20th.
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Institute for Public Health Innovation and Project ECHO. Project ECHO® is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
