February 17, 2017 Update:

Del. O’Bannon carried HB 1797 and Sen. Dunnavant carried SB 1242 on behalf of the Richmond Academy of Medicine, which creates “qualified advance directive facilitators” trained in assisting patients with developing their advance directives.  The bills have successfully passed both the House and Senate.
