MSV's first Lobby Day is January 30, 2019 and will start at 8:00 a.m.

The January 30th Lobby Day will be hosted at the John Marshall Ballroom located at 101 North 5th Street in Richmond, VA.

If you register before January 18, MSV staff will schedule a visit with your legislator for you.

What to Expect
  • Breakfast
  • Briefing on issues provided by MSV staff before legislator visits 
  • Legislator visits will be at the Pocahontas Building
  • Lobby day ends upon completion of your legislator visits

Parking Options

  • Garage at 13 N. 5th Street | Daily maximum rate: $18 
  • Surface lot at 410 E. Franklin Street | $5/hr, $15 max
  • Surface lot at 116 N. 7th Street | $5/hr, $25 max
  • Surface lot at 268th N. 5th Street | $4/hr, $18 max
