MSV’s hassle factor program addresses problems ranging from delays in payments to denial of services. This program provides members and office staff an efficient means of communicating health plan problems to the MSV, whether it is on an "information only" basis or a request for assistance.

Our practice services, including access to the Practice Services Helpline and Hassle Factor Log, are offered as member benefits at no additional cost to individual MSV members and group practices with at least fifty percent membership. Issues requiring extensive MSV staff time and resources are offered as consulting services at competitive rates to individual MSV members and group practices with at least fifty percent membership.
