Virginia Department of Health Professionals 
The Health Practitioners Monitoring Program (HPMP) monitors the recovery of practitioners who may be impaired by chemical dependencies or who suffer from physical or mental disabilities. The Department of Health Professions (DHP) contracts with the Department of Psychiatry at the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System to provide confidential services for health practitioners enrolled in the HPMP.
