We know that our vision is a meaningful one that requires the very best talent. We are seeking an Account Manager in our Property and Casualty division.

As a member of the Property and Casualty Insurance team, the Account Manager will service current customers and work to provide the highest level of service and expertise to clients of the agency.  The incumbent will assist the New Business team with new business production/development for smaller accounts as needed and cross-sell additional products.  The Account Manager responsibilities will also include the management of existing accounts and renewals for all P&C lines of business (Professional Liability, Business Owners, Workers Compensation, and Employment Practices Liability), review of policies, bills, endorsements, and audits, and client education regarding policy coverage, changes, exclusions and insurance coverage needs.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent job experience.  Property and Casualty insurance agent’s license is required for this position.  Knowledge of Property/Casualty coverage and markets is required as well as knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting insurance products.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel is required and experience with Applied/The Agency Manager (TAM) is preferred.
