Palmetto implements new refund notification process

In an effort to address MSV and provider questions regarding incomplete information on refunds, Palmetto GBA is implementing a new refund notification process that will help providers reconcile refunds to patient accounts and encounters.

When a refund is issued to a provider, Palmetto GBA will now send out a new standard refund notification letter that includes information providers have requested as exhibited below.
