MSV Annual Meeting registration now open!

Registration for the Medical Society of Virginia (MSV) Annual Meeting, which will be held Nov. 1 to 4, at the Williamsburg Lodge, is now open. Registering for the Annual Meeting is an essential part of ensuring everyone’s meeting experience is positive so please register by Oct. 26 at www.msv.org/annualmeeting.  

The Annual Meeting is an important event for MSV and hundreds of physicians participate because it is where the house of delegates acts on numerous reports and resolutions and establishes policy to guide the society. This is also the time when they elect officers and directors to the MSV board of directors and delegates to the American Medical Association. This year's meeting also includes a full day educational session on Thursday and another session on Saturday as well as social events such as the MSV Foundation's annual Physicians' Gala.

Discounted room reservations are also available on the Web site and the deadline to book your hotel room at the MSV group rate is Oct. 12. The group code to access the negotiated rate is MEDJ10A. Lodge room cancellations or changes must be completed 72 hours prior to your arrival date for a full refund of your deposit.
