Complete HIE survey for a chance to win an iPad

ConnectVirginia, the commonwealth’s statewide health information exchange (HIE), wants to hear from you. The deadline has been extended to June 15! Complete the short survey on the statewide HIE by the new deadline to enter into a drawing for an iPad (with a value of $600).

The survey should take 15 minutes to complete. To start the survey, click on the following link:
