Free CME on substance abuse is available

The Virginia Department of Health Professions partnered with the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine to develop
VCU pain management: An online curriculum. This is a free course that emphasizes the assessment and management of pain through a case-based format. Topics that are covered include assessment, treatment, legal issues and specific concerns for pain management in Virginia.
