MSV will supplement this with HIT Select concierge staff support so that you have a person to call if you need assistance with vendor relations, product knowledge or troubleshooting.

Our HIT Select vendors have agreed to offer special terms exclusively to MSV members. The HIT Select program is available to individual MSV members and health care organizations in Virginia with a minimum 50 percent membership in MSV.
Each vendors agreement includes:
- Discounted pricing for all MSV members who purchase a system through MSV HIT Select.
- A guarantee that products comply with all Virginia health information exchange (HIE) requirements and will be interoperable with state registries, at no additional cost to you.
- A guarantee to maintain federal EHR certification and conform to federal and state requirements for meaningful use.
- Any system changes mandated by the government are included at no extra charge.
- Data and source code protections to keep your organization’s information secure.
- Additional provider licenses will be issued under the same preferred terms should a practice expand.
- Unlimited upgrades and new releases at no additional cost.
