• Finalize room set up needs, food and beverage event orders for all district caucuses, meetings, receptions, etc.
• Resolutions, informational reports and delegate handbook information posted on the Web site

• Golf: Registration, payment or cancellation is due

October 21

• Meeting and events registration
• Inaugural Ceremony participation and reception attendance
• Delegate/alternate and committee list posting on the Web site
