Annual Meeting Resolutions

Resolutions should be submitted using the online submission form and must be received no later than Sept. 12, 2011. 

Please read the speakers' memorandum and House of Delegates Meeting Guide before submitting your resolution.

This sample resolution will provide you with an example of how your resolution should be structured. You may also want to reference the MSV strategic plan and the MSV policy compendium when preparing your resolution.

The following individuals and organizations may propose a resolution:

• any member of the MSV
• any member of the House of Delegates of the MSV
• any Component Society
• any Component Student Section
• any Component Resident Physician Section
• the Hospital Medical Staff Section
• any Specialty Society
• any Committee of the Society
• the Board
• any District of the MSV
