The Homestead

Steeped in two centuries of history and tradition, The Homestead epitomizes southern charm and hospitality and is a one-of-a-kind grand dame that remains unpretentious and inviting. The resort takes full advantage of its stunning 3,000-acre Alleghany Mountain setting with a cornucopia of recreational facilities and the country’s oldest European-style spa.

Hotel rooms have been secured for members at the beautiful Homestead resort under an MSV negotiated rate. Hotel reservations should be made directly through the Homestead Web site* and should be made as soon as possible to guarantee availability of the MSV group rate. The cutoff date for receiving the group rate was September 22, 2009.


15% resort service fee is additional. Package prices are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 7%) in effect at the time of check-in.

*Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discover are all accepted by the Homestead, and will be charged when reservation request is received. Deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
