Vendor opportunities
Would you like to reach out to approximately 9,000 physicians in the commonwealth? The Medical Society of Virginia (MSV) offers a variety of opportunities for vendors to connect with physicians through advertisements, sponsorships and preferred vendor programs. When you partner with MSV, your product or service is also seen by an extensive network of practice staff and health care administrators.

Why partner with MSV?
MSV is the professional association for physicians in the commonwealth. MSV represents all physicians across the state regardless of specialty, employment arrangements or practice setting. MSV, along with its insurance agency, foundation, alliance and political action committee, provides a variety of programs, including practice services and educational seminars, to help physicians and their staffs in the practice of medicine. By partnering with MSV, you can expand your visibility in the physician community.

Please note that MSV has a policy that prevents it from accepting services from organizations that compete with the services MSV offers its membership. If we determine that your services are in direct competition with an MSV service, we will not be able to offer your company any partnership opportunity.

HIT Select - MSV's HIT Select program is a preferred vendor program that offers members a group of vetted electronic health record vendors who have met specific product and service criteria and who offer special terms exclusive to members. Members can also take advantage of concierge staff support.
MSV Select -The MSV Select program is a preferred vendor program that offers members a group of vetted health care-related vendors who have met specific product and service criteria and who offer special terms exclusive to members. Members can also take advantage of concierge staff support.
Annual Meeting sponsorship - Meeting sponsorships will build your company's awareness with approximately 250 physician leaders from across the commonwealth who represent a wide variety of specialties and who are actively involved in leading medicine in Virginia. Sponsorship includes opportunities to exhibit.
Advertisements in MSV publications or Web site - MSV offers a variety of advertising opportunities through e-mail, Web or print publications. MSV's publications and media outlets keep physicians apprised of advocacy issues, medical business matters, patient care and other health care topics.
MSV Foundation program sponsorship- Support the MSV Foundation's efforts in developing sustainable programs and initiatives to improve the health of Virginians. Build relationships and support educational programs by becoming a program sponsor. Foundation programs include initiatives in antibiotic resistance awareness, medication assistance, quality improvement, physician leadership and physician volunteerism.
MSV Foundation Gala sponsorship - Gain prominent name recognition on signage, Web site promotions and the Foundation's annual report by becoming a sponsor of MSV Foundation's annual physicians' gala.
