The Medical Society of Virginia Insurance Agency (MSVIA) is a critical part of the organization, providing exceptional insurance services to Virginia physicians and generating a source of non-dues revenue that helps support other organizational activities.

We are seeking a Customer Services Representative who will be responsible for supporting the account management team in our Life & Health division by servicing the accounts of current customers with the highest level of efficiency and professionalism. Qualified candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a minimum of two to three years’ customer service background. An active Life & Health Life license, as well as knowledge of health insurance and other employee benefits, is preferred but not required.
Qualified candidates must be: customer friendly, detail oriented, able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have some experience working in a membership-based organization. Candidates must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
